Yes, Small Scale Homes handles the building permit. The client has the option for Small Scale Homes to also handle the planning permit, there is an additional cost for this.

Yes you can have as much or as little input into the design as you would like.

Yes 2 or more modules can be joined together on site.

Our homes definitely shine when used as accommodation but can also be utilized as a primary residence, granny flat or home workspace. We do recommend that two or modules are used if you plan on living in the home full time.

We dont believe in offering upgrades that should be standard inclusions. All our builds come standard with the things you would expect – double glazed windows, stone benchtops, floor to ceiling tiles etc.

Additionally if you would like to take your Small Scale Home to the next level we are more than happy to install things such as  a fireplace, hardwood floors, skylights or anything else your heart desires.

We build standard to a bal 12.5 but can build all the way to bal 40.

The maximum size of our buildings is 16mx4m

Yes, this is a great way to increase the overall size and feel of the building

There are alot of factors that go into the final price of delivery, but generally the cost is to deliver within Victoria between $5,000-$10,000 per module. If a crane is required this is an additional charge.

Yes this is always completed by Small Scale Homes to ensure it is done to our standard.

Yes, depending on your location this is generally the easiest way to reduce the overall build cost.
